HOW TO RETURN GOODS

Orders are shipped from US NAVY

Orders will be shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of payment.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. US NAVY packages are carefully packed, if for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is intact, customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident and to contact US NAVY at the email: info@navystore.com, within 5 days .NAVY STORES has thought of a very simple product return and exchange procedure, to make your online shopping experience pleasant.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product ** purchased on NAVY STORES

1) Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, folded with care and placed in their respective plastic bags, with all tags attached and intact.

2) Make sure the blue safety cord is still attached to the garment. Items returned without this blue cord will not be refunded or replaced.

3) Prepare the package well sealed, specifying your order number, your details and your email address. Specifying if you are requesting an exchange or a refund.

The cost of shipping the goods to be returned is charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

Two types of compensation are possible for refunds:

1) When the garment is returned, a coupon equal to the amount of the returned garment will be issued and is valid for 6 months.

2) The customer can request a full refund of the amount spent, this sum will be credited back to the Paypal account or transferred.

Once your return has been received, the refund will be made within 14 working days.

The return costs will be borne by Iccab srl, only in the event that the garment is actually faulty showing obvious manufacturing defects.

Otherwise, any type of shipment will be charged to the customer.

In case of returns outside the EEC, the return of the shipment, unless otherwise indicated, is charged to the customer. The customs procedure must be handled by the US Navy.

In case of loss or failure to return the goods, the responsibility will be fully at your expense. We are also able to offer product replacements only if there are any. You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.

4) You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we accept your return, within 3 working days from the date of delivery to the warehouse. We remind you that we can only refund products that have been returned correctly. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, NAVY STORES will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be returned to you.

REPLACEMENTS
